Don MacMillan has a bachelors in psychology from Arizona State and a Masters in Business from Husson College. Don started his career in Healthcare Information Technology and transition his skills of relationship building, team building and project management into Apartment Syndication.
In his Healthcare career he managed budgets over $70M annually and executed complex technology projects directly affecting how healthcare providers care for their patients.
In 2020 after the COVID Pandemic Don saw the massive amounts of money being printed and knew these new dollars would inflate asset prices and would lead to runaway inflation.
After several successful transactions, Don felt it was important to share the powerful wealth building tools with his peers and started Azimuth Properties.
An Azimuth is a navigational term used for land an sea navigation. Once a sailor found their heading, they would line that heading up with a star, and that is known as the Azimuth. It is their guiding star!

Kesley is responsible for our contracting, client onboarding, New England acquisitions and Dispositions.
Kesley was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 20 years. Her experience in Physical Therapy has taught her to people and their families to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. This experience has translated very well in real estate; She truly listens to her customers, and can find the right property to meet their goals, whether it be residential or investment properties.
